Black Pepper White Cheddar Chicken Breast with Bacon and Apple Sandwich
Just a few flavorful ingredients, such as bacon, apple and honey mustard, turn this deli-style chicken sandwich into a satisfying meal that’s ready in no time.
Add olive oil to a large non-stick skillet and heat over medium heat. Add the apple slices and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Sauté for approximately 2-4 minutes or until they start to soften. Remove the apples from the skillet and set them aside.
Add the chicken cutlets to the pan and cook the chicken for approximately 3-4 minutes on each side or until the chicken is cooked through and golden.
During the last minute of cooking, add the Crystal Farms Black Pepper White Cheddar slice to the top of the chicken and cover the skillet with a lid until the cheese is melted.
Spread honey mustard on four slices of toasted bread; spread mayonnaise on the other four slices. Place the bacon on 4 slices of the bread and top with the prepared chicken and apples.
Top with the remaining slices of bread and serve.
