Cheddar & Apple Panini

  • Thinly slice Marble Jack cheese and do the same with an apple.
  • Cut your ciabatta bread and add a good spread of some deli mustard on each cut side.
  • Layer on the apples and the cheese on one slice of bread and then place the other slice of bread on top.
  • Spread just a small amount of butter on the top piece of bread.
  • Set on a preheated panini press and close the top.

Chef's Tips & Instructions

If you don't own a panini press, use a hot nonstick or cast iron skillet. Heat until the cheese has melted and the bread is nicely toasted.
