Overnight Sausage Egg Casserole

An overnight comfort delight that is truly more than the sum of its parts. This magical mix of eggs, sausage, cheese and breadcrumbs is well worth the wait.


  • 1 lb pork sausage (browned, drained, and crumbled)
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 4 cups bread cubes
  • 2 cups milk
  • 8 oz Crystal Farms Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp dried mustard


  • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Pour into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Uncover and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 min.
