Spinach & Blue Cheese Wild Rice Soup

This creamy wild rice soup recipe is savory and satisfying. Blue cheese crumbles add richness.


  • 2 cups chicken flavored broth
  • 1 package (4 oz) Crystal Farms Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • 1 package(9 oz) frozen spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 2 cups cooked wild rice
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper


  • In large saucepan, heat broth.
  • Add Wisconsin Blue Cheese crumbles; stir until melted.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients; simmer 15 minutes.
