Grilled Zucchini and Hummus Wrap

Marble Jack Cheese Wraps
8 tbsp
plain or red pepper hummus
1 each
small green zucchini and yellow squash, grilled, diced and cooled (1/2” dice)
To taste
salt and pepper
Instructions
Spread ¼ of the hummus down the center of each cheese wrap.
Evenly divide and distribute the cooled diced squash on top of the hummus, season to taste, wrap up and enjoy!
For an additional flavor and texture boost drizzle each wrap with a little extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of smoked paprika, and sprinkle with toasted pine nuts and chopped Italian parsley.
