Ingredients
1 (10.75 oz)
can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 cup
sour cream
1½ cups
Cheddar Shredded Cheese
1 (6 oz)
can French fried onions, divided
2 (16 oz each)
packages frozen broccoli florets, thawed
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°.
In a large saucepan, combine soup, sour cream, 1 cup cheese and 1 ¼ cups French fried onions. Heat through over medium heat, stirring until blended, 4-5 minutes. Stir in broccoli.
Transfer to a greased 2-quart baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, until bubbly, 25-30 minutes.
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and onions. Bake until the cheese is melted, 10–15 minutes.
