Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
½ cup
Parmesan Finely Shredded Cheese

Roma tomatoes, diced

fresh basil, chopped

cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp
black pepper
½ tsp
salt
2 Tbsp
extra virgin olive oil

baguette
basil for garnish
balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine Crystal Farms cheeses, tomatoes, basil, garlic, pepper, salt, and olive oil in a bowl.
Prepare rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place bread slices on baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and top with the bruschetta.
Drizzle balsamic vinegar across the top, and garnish with additional parmesan, black pepper, and basil.
