ground beef

egg, beaten
⅓ cup
breadcrumbs
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
onion powder
¼ tsp
salt
¼ tsp
black pepper
½ tsp
paprika
optional toppings
lettuce, pickles, tomatoes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Mix all ingredients together and form 20 meatballs no larger than 2 inches each.
Stuff each ball with one snack cube so the meat is wrapped around the cheese.
Bake on prepared pan for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Place cooked meatballs on skewers and top with lettuce, pickles, and tomatoes.
