Ground Beef (90% lean)
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Mix beef, Worcestershire sauce, and spices in a bowl.
Divide mixture into 1/3 pound balls, and then divide those into half as well. (Each burger will result in 1/3 pound patty stuffed with cheese).
Flatten each ball onto parchment paper in thin patties (Approximately ¼ inch thick).
Place 1 1/2 slices of American cheese into the center of bottom patty and place top patty over them, making sure no air is trapped inside. Pinch the edges to ensure tight burger seal.
Cook 3-5 minutes per side on medium-high heat. Lower heat for 8-10 min, flipping occasionally to ensure doneness.
