small cherry tomatoes

small basil leaves (larger basil leaves can be cut into smaller pieces)
1 ½ Tbsp
olive oil
2 Tbsp
balsamic vinegar

(4-inch) party skewers
sea salt and ground pepper, to taste
Instructions
Unwrap the string cheese. Cut each stick into three equal chunks.
Assemble the caprese skewers in this order: string cheese chunk, folded over basil leaf, cherry tomato, folded over basil leaf. Repeat that order once more and your skewers is complete.
Repeat until all 12 skewers are assembled. Place skewers in a single layer onto a serving platter.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Finish with a sprinkling of sea salt and ground pepper.
