White Lasagna with Spinach

Ingredients
Lasagna noodles
1 (15 oz) container
Whole Milk Ricotta
1
large egg
1 package
spinach, chopped
2 cups
Garlic & Herb Seasoned Shreds
1 jar (about 15 oz)
Alfredo sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Make the filling:
In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg, spinach, salt, and pepper.
Layer the lasagna:
Spread a little Alfredo sauce on the bottom of the dish.
Add Lasagna noodles.
Spread ⅓ of the ricotta-spinach mix.
Add ¼ of the Alfredo sauce.
Sprinkle Cheese
Repeat 2 more times.
Top with remaining Alfredo and Cheese
Bake:
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Uncover and bake 15 more minutes until bubbly and golden.
Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
