Kielbasa 'N Pepper Pasta

This recipe really hits the spot when you need an easy weeknight dinner. Turkey kielbasa, onions, peppers and fresh herbs are all cooked in one pot then tossed with linguine and cheese.


  • 8 oz uncooked linguine
  • 1 tbsp Crystal Farms® Butter
  • 3 medium green, red and/or yellow bell peppers, cut into strips
  • 1/2 medium red onion, sliced
  • 1 lb turkey kielbasa ring, sliced
  • 1/3 cup fresh herbs (basil, sage, parsley) chopped; or 1 tablespoon dried herbs
  • 1 1/2 cups Crystal Farms Shredded Marble Jack Cheese


  • Cook linguine according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
  • Meanwhile, in Dutch oven, heat butter over medium-high heat until melted. Add peppers and onion; cook and stir 5 minutes or until just tender. Stir in sausage. Cook, stirring occasionally, about 4 minutes or until heated through. Toss vegetables, herbs and sausage with hot linguine and shredded Marble Jack cheese.
