Ingredients
4 tbsp
butter
4 tbsp
all-purpose flour
2 cup
whole milk (warm)
20 slices, diced
Carolina Reaper Slices
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
onion powder
1 tsp
smoked paprika
Instructions
Make a roux: In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1–2 minutes until lightly golden.
Add milk: Slowly whisk in warm milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens slightly (about 3–4 minutes).
Melt the cheese: Lower heat to medium-low. Add Crystal Farms Carolina Reaper cheese. Stir until fully melted and smooth.
Season: Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika.
Serve hot: Pour over nachos, tacos, burgers, or use as a dip with tortilla chips.
